The Framery is the only frame shop in Saskatchewan that can plaque mount your work right in our store, and we've been doing it for over a decade.

Plaque mounting is an attractive, yet economical alternative to framing, as it gives a frameless appearance while preserving the colour and protecting the work. The work is mounted and laminated onto a custom cut board with a bevelled edge.

Unlike other framers, The Framery does not use tape on the bevelled edge, as this can peel off later. Instead, we carefully paint the edge in the colour of your choice. Last but not least, we make a slot in the back of the plaque for easy hanging.

With plaque mounting, there is no frame, and no glass to break or produce a glare. The end result is a very durable and eye-catching presentation of the work, that's also easy to clean, with only a soft cloth and glass cleaner.
